Dune: Spice Wars is both an RTS and a 4X scheme game, Funcom has revealed - along with a slate of else inside information.

In a press release, Funcom revealed a cluster of new details about Dune: Spicery Wars. Chiefly, it turns out the game is a unequaled blend of both RTS gameplay and 4X strategy games, featuring "exploration, dominio control, economic growth, scrap, politics, and spotting," all of which blend into the RTS experience.
